Individual and Couples Counselling

I am registered with all major insurers such as BUPA, AXA, and AVIVA.

We all have times in our lives when we feel stuck, indecisive, confused or abandoned. When the situation is prolonged and we feel powerless to change it we can start to experience anxiety and stress or depression and this can have a big impact on our relationships, whether with family and friends or with work colleagues.

Come and talk things through with me to start to make sense of your life and make new choices.

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

  • Particular Areas of Expertise:
    • couples counselling using the Imago approach
